This Privacy Policy explains how Beijing Riguang Guiji Technology Co., Ltd. ("Solatrac", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit solatrac.com or use our mobile applications, including CozyFit: Gentle Home Fitness and iHealth: Sugar & BP Monitor (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: details you choose to enter in our apps, such as fitness goals, age range, height, weight, activity preferences, or health readings you log yourself (for example blood sugar, blood pressure, pulse, medication and meals), and messages you send to our support team.
Information collected automatically: device type, operating system, app version, language, anonymous device or advertising identifiers (subject to your device permissions), in-app usage events, and crash diagnostics.
Purchases: subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your payment card details.
Health data: if you grant permission, our apps may read or write workout or health data through Apple Health. Health readings you log are stored on your device. This data stays under your control, is used only to provide app features, and is never used for advertising or sold.
2. How we use information
- To provide, personalize and improve the Services;
- To manage subscriptions and respond to support requests;
- To measure the performance of our own marketing campaigns (for example, on TikTok, Meta or Apple Search Ads) in aggregated form;
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Services (such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting and advertising measurement partners), under contracts that restrict their use of the data. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Advertising and tracking
On iOS, we only access your advertising identifier if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in your device settings.
5. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@solatrac.com to make a request.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
