These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of solatrac.com and the mobile applications published by Beijing Riguang Guiji Technology Co., Ltd. ("Solatrac", "we", "us"), including CozyFit: Gentle Home Fitness and iHealth: Sugar & BP Monitor (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Health and medical disclaimer

The Services provide general fitness and wellness content and are not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.

iHealth: Sugar & BP Monitor is a logging tool for readings you take with your own devices. It does not measure, diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and any estimates it shows (such as an estimated A1C based on your logs) are not lab results. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your readings and before changing any medication or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Services, or use them in violation of any law.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software in the Services are owned by Solatrac or its licensors.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solatrac is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the Services at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
